In the past period PIM University has signed numerous agreements on international cooperation with other higher education institutions outside Bosnia and Herzegovina.
PIM University teachers, associates and students have participated in several ERASMUS + projects of international exchange with Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Baia-Mare North University Center, Romania (2015), Polytechnic University of Timisoara, Romania (2016–2018) and School of Economics in Celje, Slovenia (2021).
In 2018, PIM University was approved an international EU HORIZON 2020 grant for the project called „Democratic Efficacy and the Varieties of Populism in Europe – DEMOS” for the period 2018-2022. The project was carried out in cooperation with partners from 14 European countries.
