Izrađen “Izvještaj o borbi za ljudska prava u Bosni i Hercegovini“

U sklopu projekta Doprinos akademske zajednice zaštiti ljudskih prava u Bosni i Hercegovini koji realizuje Pravni fakultet PIM Univerziteta u Lukavici, u saradnji sa Asocijacijom za demokratske inicijative (ADI) iz Sarajeva, a uz finansijsku podršku Evropske komisije, izrađen je Izvještaj o borbi za ljudska prava u Bosni i Hercegovni, u oblasti poštovanja ljudskog prava na slobodu mišljenja i izražavanja, prava na slobodu mirnog okupljanja i udruživanja i prava na slobodu kretanja.

Izvještaj o borbi za ljudska prava u Bosni i Hercegovini predstavlja kvalitativnu analizu važećih zakonskih odredbi u odnosu na navedena ljudska prava koja su zagarantovana Ustavom BiH i međunarodnim ugovorima, koji obavezuju BiH na njihovu zaštitu, urađenu na osnovu nalaza Studije mapiranja institucionalnog kršenja ljudskih prava u Bosni i Hercegovini, kao i korištenjem informacija iz otvorenih izvora poput: izvještaja Institucije ombudsmana za ljudska prava; izvještaja međunarodnih organizacija i domaćih OCD; sadržaja naučnih i stručnih radova; novinarskih tekstova; razgovora sa predstavnicima organa vlasti itd.

Za potrebe izrade ovog Izvještaja, putem anonimne ankete, sprovedeno je istraživanje o pitanju percepcije stanja tri odabrana ljudska prava u BiH među predstavnicima akademske zajednice i organizacija civilnog društva. Shodno tome, u Izvještaju su date preporuke za ministarstva na svim nivoima i preporuke za Instituciju ombudsmena za ljudska prava u BiH u smislu smjernica za unapređenje politika zaštite ljudskih prava.

Report on the struggle for human rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Within the project Contribution of the Academic Community to the Protection of Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina,  implemented by the Faculty of Law of the PEM University in Lukavica, in cooperation with the Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI) from Sarajevo, and with the financial support of the European Commission, a Report on the Struggle for Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina was prepared in the area of ​​respect for the human right to freedom of thought and expression, the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association and the right to freedom of movement.

The Report on the Struggle for Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina presents a qualitative analysis of the current legal provisions in relation to the mentioned human rights that are guaranteed by the Constitution of BiH and international treaties, which oblige Bosnia and Herzegovina to protect them, based on the findings of the Study on Mapping Institutional Violations of Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as by using information from open sources such as: reports of the Institution of Human Rights Ombudsman; reports of international organizations and domestic CSOs; content of scientific and professional works; journalistic texts; conversations with representatives of authorities, etc.

For the purposes of this Report, anonymous survey was conducted on the issue of the perception of the state of three selected human rights in BiH among representatives of the academic community and civil society organizations. Accordingly, the Report contains recommendations for ministries at all levels and recommendations for the Institution of Human Rights Ombudsman of BiH in terms of guidelines for improving human rights protection policies.
